This was my first time using Discount Shuttle for my trip to John Wayne airport, then from the airport to the hotel and then from the hotel back to the airport. Their service is great, it cost a bit more than using uber or lyft, but you know they will be on time and there is plenty of room for your luggage ,plenty of leg room in the van for all passengers. The drivers know the airports really well so they drop you off exactly were you need to be. Overall great experience.
Reasonably priced. I called them when my flight was delayed and they were very kind. Upon arrival the shuttle was there within minutes and was very easy to find. The driver drove us to the residence inn in garden grove and we were booked at the residence inn at the convention center in Anaheim. I thought he had messed up our location and he said no worries and took us to the other hotel, as it turns out I was wrong, he was just too professional to say it. Thanks again discount shuttle!

They will even send you the van number to make sure if there's more than one, you get to the right shuttle. Great service and great experience all around. Awesome
